Below you will find the most requested services that we offer. If what you need is not listed, please feel free to contact us for a price quote. For basic and advanced component install, the list is an example of services in those categories and is not all inclusive, contact us for details.
- Virus/Malware Removal- $75.00 (In some cases a wipe/reinstall is needed; removal fee + 1/2 of OS install fee, if data needs to be backed up before wipe, customer is encouraged to perform it or we can assist at additional cost)
- Basic Component Install Desktop- $35.00 (RAM,DVD Drive, hard drive no data xfer,printer non network, power supply unit)
- Advanced Component Install Desktop- $75.00 (Hard drive with data transfer, video card,printer with network to three devices $15.00 additional computers)
- Basic Data Recovery/Transfer- $75.00, possible extra charge if source is external hard drive that needs to be disassembled. Customer must supply storage device for files to be saved to (USB Thumb drive, external HD)
- Laptop Component Install- Varies by laptop.
- Wireless Network Setup- $75.00 (Setup router and three devices, $15.00 each additional device)
- OS Install- $150.00 In place upgrade/$100.00 Clean Install (Install, patch and update OS. Customer must supply OS media and key code)
- General Troubleshooting/Diagnostic- $50.00/hr for computer, $75.00/hr for network (One hour minimum)
- Software Install- Varies by program and number of computers
- Have a business and need some preventative maintenance done? Give us a call for a quote. At a schedule you set, we will come out and tune up your systems, air out dust from cases, backup files; whatever your business needs to keep you up and running. Preventative maintenance can keep small problems from turning into disasters.

It is the customers responsibility to backup data before work is done. TeknoNerd is not responsible for any data loss. If customer supplied parts are used, there is no warranty for the proper function of parts or the system as a whole and install fees will not be reimbursed.
